Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We aim to deliver your order within 4–5 business days right to your doorstep. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur during high order volume periods or due to verification requirements.

  • Online payment orders are subject to a fraud check and will be processed once cleared by our payment processor.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?

Courier selection depends on your delivery location and parcel type. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure quick and safe delivery. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the courier name and tracking details.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with the payment amount. We recommend being present to collect your order. If you're not available, the package may be handed over to a trusted person or family member at the same address.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For Cash on Delivery orders, we place up to two confirmation calls. If an order remains unconfirmed, it will be cancelled automatically.

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Zoya Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Technical issues during processing
